fee

Understandably, you will now want to know how much the defense will ultimately cost you. Unfortunately, this is not a flat rate to answer, as it always depends on the individual case. Both the scope of the procedure and your ability to perform play a role here.

Basically, there are two ways a lawyer can charge his fee.
On the one hand, the fee can be calculated according to the somewhat complicated Law on the Remuneration of Lawyers (RVG). The fees under the RVG are minimum fees.

On the other hand, the lawyer can also agree on a fee with his client. Again, there are two options - a per-hour rate or a lump-sum fee. Mixed forms are also possible, for example, a basic hourly rate with an agreed flat rate per main trial day.

After weighing all the circumstances, you will receive a binding offer that will suit the scope of your case and your financial potential.

There is a number that I can give you a binding name:
For a consultation lasting up to one hour, I charge € 100.00 net, plus sales tax € 119.00 in total. This amount will be credited in case of a mandate.
